Shipping Information:

Credit Card orders will show as Celtic Imports (our parent company) on your statement.  Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days, however some orders may take longer to ship, depending on availability of the items ordered.  Our shopping cart estimates the shipping charge and sometimes it is not accurate.  Occasionally, the amount charged for shipping on your credit card may vary slightly.

International Shipping:

We cannot ship herbs and products containing herbs out of the United States. Because of this, our shipping calculator will not calculate shipping for international orders. If you wish to have an item (other than herbs) shipped internationally, please e-mail us for a shipping quote and ordering instructions.

Return Policy:

Defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange of another identical item or a full or partial refund if an identical item is not available. Non-defective items may only be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase. All return/exchange items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been used. Herbs are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective. Electronic products (eBooks) are not eligible for return/refund under any circumstances. The amount of refund and/or web site credit issued will be determined at the sole discretion of management.
